Dr. Kate McClure completed her undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She then continued her education at The Ohio State University College of Optometry receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2016. After graduation, Dr. McClure completed an Advance Practice Fellowship in Cornea and Contact lens and obtained an additional degree, a Master’s degree in Vision Science. Dr. McClure currently serves as faculty at OSU as a Clinical Assistant Professor where she works with fourth year optometry students and is an examiner for contact lens and myopia research studies. Dr. McClure has a passion for contact lenses, myopia management and dry eye. She has experience fitting specialty contact lenses including gas permeable lenses, scleral lenses, orthokeratology, and other custom designed contacts. Dr. McClure enjoys helping people with keratoconus, high astigmatism, and dry eye see their best in contact lenses. In her free time, Dr. McClure enjoys cooking and baking.
Dr. Kate
Dr. Evans graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1987. She is a faculty member at The Ohio State University in the specialty clinics. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Ohio Optometric Association, and past secretary and trustee of the Central Ohio Optometric Association. She also participates in VisionUSA where she donates her services to low income families in need of vision care. Dr. Evans lectures to schools and civic organizations on how to improve visual performance. She is currently a consultant for the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center in Columbus, where she provides vision screenings for children with special needs. She is known for her work with pediatric patients, including patients with learning-related vision problems and those who need vision therapy.
Dr. Nancy
Dr. Wright graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1980. He is an assistant clinical professor at The Ohio State University College of Optometry. He is a member of the Central Ohio Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, is a Certified Fellow of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and is the chairperson of the Ohio Optometric Association Health Systems Committee and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development Insurance Committee. In addition, he is a member of The Ohio State University Dean's Advisory Board and Vice-President of the Ohio Eye Health Network Dr. Wright has been featured in numerous publications and is a consultant to Anadem Publishing. He lectures nationally on the topics of managed care, sports vision, and vision and performance. He is recognized for his work in the area of visual problems affecting performance at work, school, and play.
Dr. Mark
Dr. Eibon graduated with his Doctorate of Optometry from The Ohio State University. He completed his undergraduate work in 2018 at Capital University in Bexley, Ohio where he was a member of the school’s football team. Dr. Eibon grew up in Amherst, Ohio and his interest in optometry stemmed from both his uncle (Dr. David DelPrincipe) and aunt (Dr. Beth Yoder) being optometrists around the Cleveland area.
Dr. Eibon’s passions include: treating different ocular diseases such as glaucoma and dry eye disease, as well as working with pediatric patients and binocular vision disorders. Dr. Eibon enjoys giving comprehensive eye exams to patients of all ages and with varying ocular diseases as well.
Dr. Eibon, being born and raised around the Cleveland area, is an avid sports fan of all Cleveland professional teams and is a large supporter of the Columbus professional teams and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He also enjoys exploring Columbus and the surrounding areas with his wife, Caelyn.
